His career has spanned manufacturing, purchasing, company acquisition/integrations, and general management for mid-sized companies, Fortune 50 companies, and North America's largest privately held food distributor.  Zach has been a lean practitioner in manufacturing and distribution environments.  He has a passion for driving value by developing lean business process and developing people to drive a continuous improvement culture.

Dave Satcher

Dave Satcher has driven cultural change in a broad range of industries through consulting relationships and in senior leadership roles. He has provided senior level operational strategy development in the food, packaging, and heavy equipment industries. Through his understanding of operational excellence strategies, he has developed the ability to coach organizations on the best ways to communicate high level strategies and link them to day to day operations. He has helped numerous organizations: Identify oppurtunies, set new standards of performance and quickly demonstrate improvement against the new standard. He has helped organizations develop team-based environments that eliminate the division between management and workers. His focus in coaching the organization is to listen, go see and coach them to take action.

Doug Herald

Doug is consider to be one of the foremost experts in lean leadership, operational excellences, and employee development, Doug has over 30 years of experience in the Food Industry, having worked in Warehouse, Maintenance, and Manufacturing for large and mid-market food manufacturing. Doug has successfully incorporating the Toyota Production System into food processing and discrete part manufacturing environments. Throughout his career, Doug has worked to use servant leadership to drive employee engagement and continuous improvement. With a deep understanding in his field, Doug has a passion to teach life and leadership principals. In 2014, Doug founded Time and Eternity Inc, a personal and professional leadership development company that seeks to train people to reach their fullest potential by continuous improvement and engagement of others.

Jody Weil

Jody has over 30 years of experience in the food industry in developing and engineering various food products for mid-market food manufacturing companies. She has been involved in all aspects of product development, from product inception, product design and production processes. She is deeply focused on developing and aligning the supply chain to insure that all finished products meet customers’ specifications. Jody has held senior leadership roles and worked in individual contributor advisory roles in R&D, technical services and supply chain services. Jody’s leadership skills allow her to support the development of team members in all technical aspects of food manufacturing.

Jon has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked in every operational aspect of food processing and packaging: Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, Product & Process Engineering and Technical Services. Jon has worked at the senior executive level of mid-market food processing and packaging organizations since 1994. He has a passion for continuous improvement initiatives and strongly believes that investing in the development of your workforce and creating a work environment that supports their individual success will pay long-term dividends. Jon’s approach to lean implementations has proven effective in turnaround situations and in mature manufacturing environments.

Patrice m. Jordan

Patrice M. Jordan is an Operations Executive with over 20+ year’s progressive experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. She brings the strategic focus, leadership, and mature judgment gained during a highly successful career across the supply chain. Her career has spanned the areas of manufacturing, procurement, logistics and project management. Patrice’s passion is coaching, developing, and motivating others to build and enable effective teams. Patrice believes in building individual and team capabilities to drive results and deliver sustainable success through servant leadership.
