He is certified in Lean Principles and Methodologies, certified as a Lean Black Belt, and holds a Lean Healthcare Master Certification from the University of Michigan. Mr. Graffeo has 15+ years of experience implementing process improvement and optimization strategies in such industries as petroleum, chemicals, food manufacturing, plastics, and healthcare, in which he’s helped save millions of dollars. Mr. Graffeo resides in Covington, La with his wife and two children.

Baxter Saucier

Mr. Saucier holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Louisiana
at Lafayette. He is a certified Professional Business Advisor, Strategic
Planning Facilitator, and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is
certified through the University of Michigan as a Lean Healthcare Master
qualified to train using the Lean Enterprise System and has 20+ years of
experience implementing process improvement methodologies in
manufacturing, petroleum, and healthcare industries with millions of
dollars of impact. Mr. Saucier resides in Lafayette, LA with his wife
and four daughters.

Natalie Graffeo

Mrs. Graffeo is a graduate of Our Lady of Holy Cross College where she earned her B.S. in Respiratory Therapy. She also attended the Ochsner School of Allied Health, earning her certificate as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Mrs. Graffeo has 10+ years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a variety of departments including the Ed, OR, ER, ICU, CCU, Cath Lab, PACU, NICU, and PICU, as well as 2 years experience as an ECMO Specialist. In addition to her clinical experience, Mrs. Graffeo has 7 years experience as a sales executive with Kimberly Clark – Ballard, coordinating medical device sales in metropolitan New Orleans, and ENDO Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for sales and marketing of pain management therapies. Mrs. Graffeo resides in Covington, La with her husband and two children.
